Adagio announced the signing of a contract with the developer and investor Bülow AG. The opening of the new hotel is part of the Stuttgarter Höfe new building project.
Located in Stuttgart at the Neckarpark, the 119 flats are scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Like a private flat, the Adagio flats will be furnished with a kitchenette and furniture. The building will have a common area for all aparthotel guests. A "library of objects" will offer guests the possibility to borrow decorative objects such as vases or cushions to furnish their own flat during their stay. Finally, a small grocery shop will be able to provide guests with essential food items 24 hours a day.
The Neckarpark in Stuttgart is a forward-looking and sustainable urban development project. The site of a former goods station covering around 22 hectares is being used as a residential and commercial area: its aim is to strengthen Stuttgart's economic strength. By 2025, flats and commercial spaces, parks and leisure facilities will be created.
Horst Bülow, CEO of Bülow AG, comments :
We are pleased to be a competent partner for the Adagio Aparthotels. With the Stuttgarter Höfe, Bülow AG has developed a versatile space with a varied range of living and working areas as well as catering and services with a total of 27,000 square metres of office space. In the southern area, the commercially operated flats by Adagio are a wonderful addition to the overall project.
Karim Malak, CEO of Adagio Aparthotels, adds :
With the new Adagio Access in Stuttgart's Neckarpark, we are continuing our ambitious expansion plans. In an economically and touristically well-located location, we expect a large number of business travellers from 2024 onwards.
