Housed in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Dohan, owned by the Membership Collective Group, is set to open at the end of 2022.
The hotel and members club are set to feature 90 bedrooms, several dining and drinks venues, an events space, a wellness area and an outdoor pool. Architects David Chipperfield will oversee the project alongside the Soho House interior design team.
The Ned Doha will mark the third Ned-branded site in the portfolio, following The Ned NoMad in New York which opened earlier this year, and The Ned London in 2017.
During August in Doha, The Ned is hosting a two-day pre-opening recruitment event to fill several roles across kitchen, F&B, rooms and revenue, and operations for the coming property.
We’ve had such a warm response to The Ned NoMad from our existing Ned members and New Yorkers. The city has been on our wish list for some time and it’s encouraging to see the demand for membership spaces where like-minded professionals feel they can flourish both socially and professionally. Following the success of The Ned in London and demand from our members, we look forward to the expansion of The Ned internationally over the coming years.
