Moxy

ADP Group and Vastint Hospitality have signed a construction lease.

Located in the Roissypole West district, this 7,900 m² Moxy hotel will have 292 rooms. Targeting millennial travellers, this new hotel will be ready for delivery in spring 2019 and will complete the hotel supply at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

According to Serge Grzybowski, Real Estate Director of the ADP Group, "the expansion of the hotel supply at Paris-Charles de Gaulle will double the airport's lodging capacity within 9 years, with a total of 3,700 rooms for 2019, against 1,700 rooms in 2010.”

Currently in full development, Roissypole is the largest "Airport City" in the world with 360,000 m² of offices, hotels, shops and services. After the opening in January 2018 of the 305-room Holiday Inn Express hotel, Roissypole Ouest will welcome in the first quarter of 2019, in addition to the Moxy hotel, an Innside by Melia hotel with 267 rooms, owned by the ADP Group.
