Accor's top-of-the-range Swiss brand, Mövenpick, whose Swiss heritage dates back to the late 1940s, is making its debut in the Estonian capital, Tallinn.
The Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn, formerly known as L'Embitu Hotel and located on Lembitu Street in Tallinn, Estonia, has undergone extensive renovations and is now managed by Duco Hotels.
The hotel offers 125 rooms, spa facilities and a gastronomic experience at the ROOF restaurant. Guests can indulge in daily chocolate hours in the lobby, a sweet tradition that reflects the brand's Swiss origins. Sustainability is a top priority, with the hotel eliminating single-use plastics and aiming for Green Globe certification.
Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn also caters for business travellers with a conference and celebration centre on the top floor, offering panoramic views of Lembitu Park and the city centre. It has three rooms for up to 220 people.
“We are bringing Swiss hospitality to Estonia with this outstanding globally-renowned brand. It is an important step for us as we now adhere to strict guidelines that raise service standards at the hotel and in the Estonian market overall. The hotel has been upgraded under a new brand, with exquisite touches that invite our guests to an exceptional experience.” - Madis Laid, Managing Director of Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn and Duco Hotels
“The opening of Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn is an important milestone for us, as Estonia is one of our leading and key markets in the region. This is the first Mövenpick in the Baltic countries and the first of the brand's hotel projects coming to the region in the near future. We believe that bringing this premium brand to Estonia will elevate the guest experience and the service standards of the hotel industry, attracting new visitors to this magnificent country.” - Katarzyna Sławińska, Development Executive Poland and Baltic Countries at Accor
