Minor Hotels, an international hotel group with more than 540 properties in 56 countries, announces the imminent launch of the Avani Hotels & Resorts brand in the Netherlands, scheduled for the second quarter of this year.
Nestled in the heart of Amsterdam's cultural centre, close to landmarks such as the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum, the Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam is inspired by the Stedelij Museum and combines art and Dutch history.
The hotel offers 163 rooms and suites on seven floors with a 60s-inspired style. Facilities include a power shower and coffee machine. Room service is available 24/7, as is the AvaniFit gym. The ground floor is home to The Pantry restaurant, which serves a variety of cuisine.
This opening marks an important milestone for Minor Hotels. With expansion plans in Europe, China and beyond, Avani Hotels & Resorts aims to double the number of its properties to nearly 100 by the end of 2026.
"Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam marks an important milestone for Minor Hotels, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences around the world. With this opening, Avani guests will be able to immerse themselves in the artistic design of our new jewel in the Netherlands."- Mr. Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor International Group and CEO of Minor Hotels
