The American group announced the continued growth of Marriott Branded Residences, along with enhanced residence owners benefits through ONVIA, the company’s newly integrated owner recognition platform.
Marriott has grown its open portfolio by nearly 50% since year-end 2019, with 138 open residential locations today, and a strong pipeline of 123 projects, representing around 90% growth on its existing footprint.
A wide portfolio that gather 16 distinct residential brands from luxury to lifestyle segments, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, EDITION, and W Hotels. The group’s branded residence portfolio includes both co-located projects with a hotel of the same brand, and standalone properties, which comprise nearly 25% of open and pipeline projects.

As part of its strong expansion on this market, Marriott recently announced new open and pipeline projects in EMEA (27 open and 41 in pipeline) including The St. Regis Residences in Cairo and The Lucan, an Autograph Collection Residence in London, APAC excluding China (17 open and 11 in pipeline), North America (76 open and 35 in pipeline) and South American including Caribbean (16 open and 35 in pipeline).
Marriot also announced this month the launch of ONVIA, the company’s fully integrated and comprehensive Residence Owner recognition platform. It was designed after several years of extensive research and listening to Residence Owners and developers.
