Louis Vuitton headquarters

Louis Vuitton’s Paris headquarters will soon be home to the first luxury hotel of the fashion brand, alongside Louis Vuitton's largest store worldwide.

Located in the first arrondissement of the fashion capital, the first hotel illustrates Louis Vuitton’s ambition to diversify its activities. The group has already started its diversification with pop-up restaurants and interactive exhibitions.

Indeed, the luxury fashion brand opened a pop-up bookstore in an Arles wine shop from 22nd July to 26th September of this year, and also inaugurated its new boutique in Lille which features a gourmet space called Méert. The F&B sector is of great interest to the brand, and now it wants to enter the hospitality industry with this new project.

With spectacular views stretching from the Eiffel Tower to the Notre-Dame cathedral, the storied Vuitton building is located by the Church of Saint Germain l’Auxerrois in the first arrondissement.

The transformation of the 400,000-square-foot headquarters started this week with the launch of a new experiential space called LV Dream. Chairman and CEO Michael Burke says the event space will “most probably” be turned into Vuitton’s largest store, while the hotel is expected to open elsewhere in the building within five years.

According to Burke, LVMH’s chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault is just getting started, too, with even more venues and businesses in the Parisian pipeline. They explain that these projects respond to their client’s needs which is “a 24/7 relationship”.
