Announced as Project H3 by Hilton, the studio style hotel brand, designed for extended stays of 20 nights or more, has attracted huge interest in just six months, with more than 350 deals currently being negotiated. The brand's inaugural hotel in Kokomo, Indiana has already begun construction, demonstrating the rapid progress since the brand was announced.
LivSmart Studios by Hilton, now part of Hilton's diversified portfolio of 22 brands, is positioned in the lower mid-range extended stay segment.
The $300 billion extended-stay market is now home to LivSmart Studios, which is emerging as a distinctive player. With deliberate design, spacious accommodation and a non-traditional lobby experience, LivSmart Studios aims to redefine the extended stay experience, backed by Hilton's heritage in hospitality.
In October, Hilton celebrated the groundbreaking of the brand's first hotel in Kokomo, Indiana. Construction is scheduled for completion in late summer 2024, marking a significant milestone in LivSmart Studios' journey.
