limehome now expands in Hungary with the opening of 45 units in the Hungarian capital, Budapest, which is planned for early 2023.
The hospitality company continues its international growth course and expansion strategy and adds another European metropolis to its portfolio. The building, newly constructed in 2021, is centrally located in Budapest. Budapest is one of the most sought-after hotel markets in Central and Eastern Europe, along with Prague and Warsaw.
The 45 flats to come are divided into 15 long-stay and 30 short-stay units. They range from classic single flats to large 3-room suites. The size ranges from approximatively 35 m² to a maximum of 150 m².
Budapest is one of the top tourist destinations in Europe with its rich history and great architecture. We are proud to be able to book here with our next generation hospitality offering. We are particularly pleased that we were able to convince the landlords with our concept in an intensely competitive real estate market.
