Americas
The Paulo Itaim (Sao Paulo, Brazil) will open in spring 2023. Located in the lively Itaim district, this is Grupo Fasano's second project in São Paulo. Known for redefining luxury hotels, founder Gero Fasano has applied his attention to detail to every aspect of this new project. The hotel features a lounge-library, rooftop infinity pool and Gero gourmet restaurant. The architecture was designed by architects aflalo/gasperini arquitetos.
The Swexan Hotel (Dallas, Texas, USA) will open this summer. Located in the lively Harwood district of Dallas, it offers 134 rooms and features a fitness and wellness center, a 20th-floor rooftop infinity pool, private meeting and banqueting space, a private social club, two large ballrooms and a steakhouse. Designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, the structure has 22 floors and art and design take center stage.
Europe
Botania Relais & Spa (Forio d'Ischia, Italy) was originally a vacation home that has been transformed into a luxury eco-sanctuary designed with the environment in mind. The ten scattered houses comprise 48 rooms and suites, and feature a spa and freshwater pools. Weekly cooking classes and artisanal ceramics workshops are offered.
The Falkensteiner Kronplatz (Riscone di Brunico, Italy) will open in spring 2023. The new 5* hotel features 97 bright rooms and suites and a restaurant, 7Summit, which combines traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with specialties from the countries where the world's highest peaks are located. The hotel also boasts a SPA and rooftop swimming pool.
L'oscar (London, England) is located in the heart of the historic Holborn district. Built in 1903 as the headquarters of a Baptist church, the building has been restored and boasts a baroque design. The hotel features a restaurant, L'oscar.
VINHA Boutique Hotel (Porto, Portugal) is a 16th-century manor house recently renovated into a luxurious urban retreat in a neighborhood of Vila Nova da Gaia, just a few minutes from Porto. The 38-room establishment offers traditional Portuguese cuisine prepared by chef Henrique Sá Pessoa and a range of wellness treatments in northern Portugal's only Sisley spa. The hotel's architecture and design combine historic and contemporary elements.
Middle East
The recently opened Rouge The Chedi El Gouna (Hurghada, Egypt) is located on Egypt's ancient coast. The hotel features 82 guest rooms and offers a collection of gourmet restaurants, spa facilities, tropical pools and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.
