The first hotel of the YOU URBAN HOME & Happiness brand opens its doors in Deauville France.

The French group Société de développement Professionnel Pierre Esnée (SD2P) has created a new concept of modern urban accommodation, YOU URBAN HOME & Happiness.

The first hotel of the brand has dropped off its suitcases in Deauville. The YOU hotel in Deauville offers a hybrid offer on 3,500m² with 57 rooms for 207 beds. YOU wants to break the hotel codes and offers classic accommodation for couples or families up to 4 people, as well as youth hostel-style shared rooms but spacious as traditional hostels with 8 to 12 beds.

In the living areas, you can discover modular and co-working spaces, a connected gym, a cinema, a laundry room and a cocktail bar. Catering products are only local and made in France.
