Kempinski Hotels is doubling its influence in Dubai through a strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels to take over two properties. From 1 January 2024, Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai, formerly Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall, will fly the Kempinski flag.
The move significantly expands Kempinski's presence in Dubai, one of the luxury hotel group's top performing destinations by 2023.
Rising 72 storeys, Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai features 198 rooms and suites as well as residences. The urban complex offers gastronomic experiences, a 760 square metre spa and three swimming pools.
Adjacent to The Dubai Mall, Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai features 245 rooms and suites with private balconies. The hotel offers easy access to a variety of dining options.
In addition to the new properties, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates and Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah contribute to Kempinski's presence in Dubai.
The future Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai, scheduled to open in 2025, will mark Kempinski's first standalone private residences in the region.
