The second Kimpton property will be located in Rotterdam.

This is the second hotel for Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants in The Netherlands and will be located in Rotterdam’s POST building, the city’s former main Post Office dating back to 1921. The property will offer 231 rooms created by ODA NY.

The hotel will be developped  and opened with Omnam Group under a management agreement, and is set to open in 2022.

The luxury boutique brand was acquired by IHG in 2015 and currently operates 66 Kimpton hotels across the Americas and Europe. There are 25 hotels in the Kimpton pipeline, with destinations including Bangkok, Bali, Taipei, Tokyo and Shanghai.
