Hyatt Hotels has launched a new adults-only luxury brand, introduced with the opening of Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres in Mexico.
Located on the southern tip of the island, the resort can be reached by private yacht 25 minutes from Marina Hacienda del Mar. It features 125 rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, with nature-inspired designs using bamboo and local wood.
The hotel features a spa, fitness center, four oceanfront infinity pools, an overwater lounge and a four-story waterslide. On the culinary side, there are nine bars and lounges and eight restaurants led by chef Paolo Parlanti.
Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres is deeply committed to protecting the local community and the environment. It has been designed with sustainable practices in mind, aiming to protect the natural flora, fauna and marine life of Isla Mujeres by putting them first. Construction materials are eco-friendly, solar panels have been installed for water heating and there are no single-use plastics.
