The InterContinental Parramatta, built in partnership with owner Holdmark Property Group, will be the 11th InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Australasia and this signing strengthens the luxury portfolio of IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Scheduled to open in 2025, the InterContinental Parramatta will be part of a dynamic mixed-use development that also includes offices and a ground-floor retail area. The owners are in the process of launching an architectural competition to find the winning design.
Located at the junction of two of Parramatta's streets - Church and Macquarie Street, the state-of-the-art hotel will feature 200 rooms, a rooftop restaurant and bar, Club Lounge, swimming pool, gym, wellness center and over 900 square meters of meeting space. It will be built to the highest ecological standards.
