IHG signed an agreement with Immohold Hospitality for the InterContinental Rabat, boosting the group's expansion plans in the country.
This signature is in line with IHG's strategy of developing its portfolio and establishing a position in the major markets of the MEA zone.
The hotel is expected to open in 2022 and will be located in the heart of the Morocco's capital. Ideal for business and leisure travelers, the hotel will be situated in the diplomatic district of Rabat, close to several embassies and government institutions. The InterContinental Rabat will feature 156 rooms, 950 m² of meeting space, a spa and extensive health and fitness facilities. With five distinct dining destinations, guests will be able to enjoy a variety of dishes ranging from authentic to contemporary.
