With these two new properties, the group is strengthening its presence in the south of France and offering two specific experiences to travellers.
The Crowne Plaza Nice - Grand Arenas
The 129 rooms of this Crowne Plaza, have been designed to allow business travellers to combine work and relaxation.
The event space is an important part of the hotel, with a total of 450m², the eight modular rooms and the central glass roof can accommodate up to 150 people. The 'Meet Confidence' programme also allows guests to book meetings and cancel them at any time without charge. A dedicated meeting manager ensures that every event is conducted in accordance with the client's expectations.
Relaxation areas include the Club Lounge and fitness centre on the top floor and the bar-restaurant, BALM.
Holiday Inn Express Nice - Grand Arenas
Next to the Crowne Plaza is the new Holiday Inn Express. The 131 rooms all offer modern facilities and the latest technology. The entire hotel has been designed with next generation design solutions in mind to provide travellers with all the facilities they need to enjoy their stay. Here too, IHG's ambition is to enable its guests to combine work and personal life. Guests can enjoy the Express Café & Bar located in the lobby.
"We were so excited to finally open the doors to these two hotels as they are a great addition to the IHG portfolio in France. Nice's Eco-Valley business district has so much to offer current and future businesses looking to relocate to Nice and we look forward to welcoming those who come for a business trip or holiday to the coast."
