Accor has announced the imminent arrival of its brand in Iceland with the planned opening of the ibis Styles Reykjavik in late spring 2024.

This is Accor's second foray into the Nordic market, following closely on the heels of the launch of ibis Styles Copenhagen Ørestad in spring 2023. This new initiative is the result of a partnership between Accor and Icelandic Hotels & Resorts / Hotels & Resorts - Investment & Development.

Prior to its official opening, the property, currently known as Hótel Múli, which has been on the market since 2016, will undergo a complete refurbishment to fully reflect the ibis Styles brand. The hotel will have a total of 57 rooms.

Located at Hallarmúli 1 in Reykjavik, ibis Styles Reykjavik is 15 minutes from the city centre by public transport and 50 minutes from Keflavík International Airport.
