The ibis Styles Paignton recently opened its doors on the English Riviera, becoming the brand's first establishment in the UK.
The new hotel is located in Paignton, Devon, at the heart of one of the UK's popular seaside destinations, commonly known as 'The English Riviera'. Located next door to the Mercure Paignton Hotel, the hotels are both managed by RBH Hospitality and franchised by the Accor Group.
These two seaside hotels represent a total investment of £70 million in the region. The opening is expected to have a positive impact on both the local economy and the hotel sector. The creation of 30 jobs associated with this initiative, combined with a distinctive offer aimed at local residents and visitors to the area, should make a significant contribution.
The ibis Styles Paignton has 121 rooms ranging from standard to superior. Adopting a design-led approach, the interior is inspired by the shores and the boundary between land and sea. The hotel is the first in the ibis Styles UK collection to offer a dry spa with three beauty treatment rooms, as well as a gym. There is also a meeting room and a contemporary restaurant.
