Hyde Residences, an extension of the Hyde Hotel brand, recently unveiled its new residential project in the heart of Dubai Hills Estate, marking a first for branded residences in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). The project is a collaboration between Hyde, Evolutions and City View Developments.
Hyde Residences Dubai Hills will be located in the Dubai Hills Estate, close to Dubai's main attractions. The bohemian-inspired design, embodying the spirit of music festivals, has been created by Bishop Design by Paul Bishop in collaboration with Ennismore's in-house design team.
The development will comprise 246 one, two and three-bedroom flats, as well as a three-bedroom duplex. Each residence will feature a summer house, swimming pool, listening room, screening room, games room, gym, library, pickleball court and open-air cinema with sunken lounge. In addition, a ground floor restaurant, operated by Ennismore's strategic partner RIKAS Group, will add a culinary dimension to the residential experience.
Evolutions is overseeing the development, marketing and sales strategy for Hyde Residences Dubai Hills in collaboration with Ennismore, while the partnership with City View Developments is setting new standards in property development.
Hyde Residences is an extension of the Hyde Hotel brand, which already has properties in Dubai (Business Bay), Ibiza, Miami and Bodrum, with planned openings in London and Perth. Ennismore's residential projects, including Hyde Residences Dubai Hills, are supported by Accor One Living.
