Thomson Madrid is to open by mid 2022 and will be the first property of the brand in the country.
The property located in Madrid's Golden Mile will feature 175 keys in a mid-20th century building. The hotel will be open to the neighbours and travelers in one of the most touristic districts of the Spanish capital city.
20 suites will be available most of them with a balcony or a terrace with views on the city.
After Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid and Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid, Hyatt will operate a third property in one of the most attractive European market.
Grupo La Ancha will manage the three restaurants. A speak-easy bar and a rooftop will be open to the hotel ‘s guests and to local customers. It ambitions to become “a perfect urban oasis for the customers”.
The property will also feature an outdoor pool, an outdoor yard and a spa.
