Plus 352 keys for the American hotel group to open in London by the end of 2022 after an extensive refurbishment.

An agreement with the Singapore-based real estate investment platform's vehicule, M&L Hospitality, allows the hotel group to develop its footprint in the UK. 

For Felicity Black Roberts, vice president of development Europe, Hyatt : “The addition of these two hotels will be another exciting step in growing Hyatt’s brand presence in the United Kingdom and in creating a network of hotels across the key commercial and leisure markets in the country. We worked closely with M&L Hospitality to choose the right brands for the location and are pleased to be continuing our relationship with them following the successful openings of Hyatt Regency Manchester and Hyatt House Manchester in 2019.”

Hyatt Regency London Stratford will welcome business customers in 6,673 square feet of meeting spaces and a restaurant, a bar as well as an open air terrace.

Hyatt House London Stratford allows the group ton developp long stay offer wiht its appartments.

Both properties are close to Stratford Station and 45 minutes away from Heathrow International Airport via the new Queen Elizabeth Crossrail line due to open mid 2022. Th O2 and ExCel London convention center are also an asset to fill in the properties. Several development projects in the neigbourhood shall also benefit to the properties gathering new customers.
