After a second renovation completed in 2017, Fouquet’s Paris, owned by the Barrière group, unveils its new restaurant Le Joy.
First of all, Executive Chef Bruno Guéret and Chef Raymond Nordin are at the helm of the cuisine, which is created from seasonal products. Desserts are the responsibility of Pastry Chef Benjamin Roy. Beverages are concocted by Chef Barman Stéphane Ginouvès, a "Best Worker of France" barman in Paris, who treats his guests with his Signature cocktails.
As for interior design, the interiors have been redesigned by decorator Jacques Garcia. The outdoors have given rise to a finely planted garden, which transports visitors to a veritable Provence through meticulous floral elaborations, made of lavender and sunflowers.
Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet's Paris, which plans an extension of 19 new rooms and suites for next September, was inaugurated in 2006 on the Champs Elysées and renovated in 2017 by Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France Rénovation Privée. The latter were chosen for their expertise in the renovation of prestigious hotel addresses, with successful projects such as the Four Seasons George V, the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile, the Hôtel de Crillon, the Ritz Paris, the Shangri La, and the Prince de Galles.
