Continuing the brand’s international expansion, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer brings the first aparthotel facility in the Netherlands in collaboration with Cycas Hospitality.

Operated by Cycas Hospitality, as part of a lease agreement with Bruil Bouw, the new-build property pairs 83 Holiday Inn Express guest rooms with 16 fully equipped suites, allowing the hotel to cater for both shorter and longer stay guests.

Alongside the hotel facilities guests can expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand such as the complimentary Express Start breakfast, extensive car parking and Grab & Go Pantry, suites include a kitchenette, living space and work area.

The property is located on the outskirts of Deventer along the A1 motorway, the main connection between the The Netherlands and Germany. The property is easily accessible with its proximity to the main train station in Deventer with onward rail connections across Europe. Furthermore, five international airports are within a 90 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Opening the first Holiday Inn Express & Suites in The Netherlands is an incredibly exciting project to be part of. Myself and the team look forward to creating memorable experiences for visitors to Deventer.

Cycas Hospitality will also bring the Holiday Inn Express & Suites concept to Switzerland when it opens the 119-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sion in autumn 2024.
