Hilton announces plans to open the luxury Waldorf Astoria Cancun and the all-inclusive Hilton Cancun resort in 2021
Already present in Mexico with more than half of its Latin America portfolio, Hilton continues to seek welcoming properties in coveted destinations. The Waldorf Astoria Cancun will be characterized by 150 guest rooms and suites with waterfront or mangrove-facing terraces and balconies. Furthermore, the property will offer different services including spa, fitness facilities, two plunge pools and Yucatecan cuisine dining experiences.
The neighboring all-inclusive Hilton Cancun resort will be distinguished by 600 guest rooms offering panoramic views. Like the Waldorf Astoria Cancun, the Hilton Cancun will offer a swimming pool complex as well as culinary and cultural experiences.
Both hotels will be equipped with meetings and events venues to host events ranging from small meetings to large gatherings. As for transportation, both properties will be located around 10 minutes away from Cancun International Airport.
Hilton claims to have a portfolio of more than 100 hotels and resorts in Latin America.
