In collaboration with Feuring Asset Management GmbH, Hilton is preparing to unveil the Canopy by Hilton Lisbon Praça Sao Paulo, the Duo Hotel Lisbon (Curio Collection by Hilton) and the Hampton by Hilton Lisbon Baixa.
Canopy by Hilton Lisbon Praça Sao Paulo
Located in the heart of central Lisbon, the Canopy by Hilton Lisbon Praça Sao Paulo will open its doors in 2026. Located just a few steps from the Time Out Market, the hotel will feature 84 spacious rooms. It will also feature a lively hotel centre with a café and bar, offering guests a space to work, relax and socialise. In addition, the hotel will offer 120 square metres of meeting space, a fitness centre and a car park. It should be noted that this will be the first Canopy by Hilton property in Portugal.
Duo Hotel Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton
Duo Hotel Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton will welcome guests in spring 2024. The property combines a traditional 19th century building with a new contemporary development, linked by an inner courtyard. The hotel offers 75 stylish rooms and a range of facilities, including an all-day restaurant, café, bar, meeting space and a Portuguese pasteleria serving local cakes and pastries. In the evening, the hotel's restaurant extends into the courtyard, offering an alfresco dining experience. Situated in the lively west city centre area, this hotel is ideally located close to the main tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping areas, including Time Out Lisbon.
Hampton by Hilton Lisbon Baixa
The Hampton by Hilton Lisbon Baixa hotel will make its debut in Lisbon in 2025. The property will offer 157 guest rooms and a wide range of amenities, including a rooftop area with an outdoor pool, fitness centre, parking facilities and 250 square metres of dynamic, open-plan social spaces. The hotel's central location means guests are just minutes away from the city's main attractions.
"Lisbon is an incredibly exciting destination with plenty of scope for development, and our increased presence in the capital is key to our wider growth in Portugal. In recent years we have made great strides in diversifying our portfolio, introducing new brands such as Hilton Garden Inn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Curio Collection by Hilton to the Portuguese market. Today, as we plan to continue the development of Curio Collection by Hilton in the Iberian Peninsula and introduce the first Hampton by Hilton and Canopy by Hilton hotels in Portugal, we are excited to meet an even broader range of traveler needs." - Carlos Miró, Chief Development Officer, Spain and Portugal, Hilton
"We are delighted to join forces with Hilton to bring three new establishments to Lisbon. These modern, upscale hotels will meet the needs of some of the many visitors to the bustling capital, from those admiring the sights of the beautiful city and its surroundings to those in town on a business trip, and we look forward to welcoming guests with our world-class service and facilities." - Matthias Lowin, Feuring Asset Management GmbH
