This brand new project by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts consists of a series of private residences and concierge flats in Doha, Qatar.

The luxury hospitality group continues to expand its diverse offering of hotels and resorts and private residences in the Middle East, with the announcement of a new project currently under construction at the iconic The Pearl-Qatar development in Doha.

Situated on a private beach, the property features gardens with several swimming pools. The 19-storey building is designed to offer a new vision of luxury and will be located in the heart of the city. Wimberly Interiors has been commissioned to design the project.

Available for short or long term stays, 161 fully furnished flats will feature full kitchens, en-suite laundry facilities and extensive living spaces, including outdoor terraces. In addition, 84 private residences will be available for purchase.

To complete the offering, guests will be able to enjoy five restaurants and bars, including a signature restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon, a wellness centre with spa and salon, a fitness centre and indoor pool, a kids' club, a private screening room with open kitchen and outdoor terrace, two outdoor pools and a private beach.

This new property is the result of a partnership with Q Bayraq Real Estate Investments, a real estate investment company focused on high-end projects in Qatar.
