The Radisson RED property will be located in Athens, it also marks the use of this lifestyle brand for a serviced apartment property.

After Denmark (Aarhus), UK (London Heathrow & Greenwich), Belgium (Brussels), Scotland (Glasgow), UAE (Dubai) and South Africa (Cape Town) the brand arrives in Southern Europe. The 94 apartments property will be located in central Athens in the Plaka district.

Radisson RED Mitropoleos Square Athens will feature a meeting room, a gym area. The F&B offer will welcome customers and neighbours at the ground floor and on the roof top with a view on the Acropolis.

The project have been developed in partnership with the Greek investment company Gnosis Investments which already owns 15 assets in Greece form hotels to residential. An office building will be transformed to welcome long stay customers.

The opening in 2023 will mark the 3rd property under Radisson Hotel Group’s brand in Athens and the 8th in the country.
