Aman New York is scheduled to open its doors in the spring of 2021.
Located in the Manhattan's Crown Building, the hotel was designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston.
It will include 83 rooms and suites, as well as 22 private label residences. Half of them have already been pre-sold during construction.
From one to six bedrooms, each will have outdoor terraces (some with heated pools) and will offer a penthouse on the 5th floor. In each of the guest rooms there will be a fireplace.
The residences are located above the hotel, on floors 15 to 30. The hotel occupies floors 7 to 12, as well as the Aman Spa which extends over three floors.
Hotel facilities include a cigar lounge, a piano bar, and an Aman Club for members. The Aman Jazz Club, a French wine library, the Italian restaurant Arva and the Japanese restaurant Nama are located in the basement of the hotel.
Owners of the residences will have private entrance to the spa, as well as access to a 24/7 lifestyle management and concierge service and a lifetime membership to the Aman Club.
