Denizen is delighted to announce its collaboration with NUMA Group, which will result in the launch of an innovative on-demand, subscription-based community and event workspace in the heart of Düsseldorf's dynamic Pempelfort district.
From October 4, 2023, Denizen House will welcome guests and members daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Inspired by its Berlin counterpart, Düsseldorf's Denizen House aims to become the neighborhood's ultimate "living room". Located on the first floor of the numa Artol hotel, this partnership underlines Denizen's and the NUMA Group's shared commitment to enriching the interaction between the hotel industry and the local community. It also paves the way for the rapid expansion of this innovative use of ground-floor space across Europe.
The Denizen House at numa Artol underwent a transformation in less than 12 weeks, converting the traditional ground-floor reception and lobby into a vibrant neighborhood center for residents, professionals and local businesses.
Denizen House features a versatile lounge for work and events, dedicated workstations, private phone booths and meeting spaces. In partnership with local caterer Birdie & Co, Denizen's café offers a diverse range of quick, quality breakfasts, lunches and snacks to guests, members and the local community.
Memberships are available via the Denizen app and the NUMA Group website. All members enjoy benefits such as unlimited Workshop coffee, Manu tea, access to community events, a personal concierge to manage mail and parcels, and the convenience of using Denizen House as their postal address. Members of the dedicated office enjoy an additional benefit: access to a private meeting room on request.
David Turnbull, co-founder and CEO of Denizen, emphasized that the partnership between Denizen and the NUMA Group is the epitome of innovation. This collaboration underlines not only their shared interest in digital, but also their collective commitment to revolutionizing hospitality by seamlessly integrating it with the local community.
