Hilton has announced the upcoming opening of its first Curio Collection hotel in Romania, opening this summer in Timișoara. The launch follows a franchise agreement between Hilton and local investor Liviu Peter, marking a significant milestone in the city's hotel landscape.
Founded two decades ago, Hotel Tresor Le Palais is owned by Liviu Peter, an experienced real estate and hotel investor. The establishment quickly established itself as one of Timișoara's leading conference and event venues. It has 31 rooms and offers versatile spaces, including conference rooms and ballrooms for up to 750 people. The transaction was facilitated by Est Hospitality Consulting.
With the addition of the Tresor Le Palais hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton expands its presence in Europe, joining a portfolio of 40 distinctive hotels across the continent.
