The July - London

Amsterdam-based CityID Group has decided to rebrand as The July Group, alongside the creation of new hotel collection The July Hotel, which will open soon three new properties in Europe.

To begin, two existing hotels in Amsterdam will be rebranded as The July – Boat & Co, and The July – Twenty Eight. After that, the group’s third hotel, ID Aparthotel, will be renamed ID Aparthotel by The July, “to illustrate its difference to the other hotels on the platform”.

The group said that the collection’s name “captures the essence of the best month of the year”, with creative brand manager Evi-anne Knijnenburg explaining that “the month of July is the perfect mix of work and play, where everything seems doable”.

The July Hotels brand is pictured as “a series of premium life-centred apartment-hotels” that will soon expand overseas, with the addition of three more properties in London, Dublin and Lisbon.

The July – London will offer hybrid apartment-hotel accommodation in the city’s Victoria district, while The July – Dublin will be located on the corner of Capel Street and Little Strand Street.

No information about the precise location at the moment for the July – Lisbon, but we do know that there will be a central interior garden with a full-lingth swimming pool and an open plan restaurant.

The upcoming properties will also feature fully equipped kitchens, as well as “personal welcome notes, honesty bars, a bike to use, recipe books in apartments”.
