This expansion is being achieved through a management agreement for the redevelopment of the Leadership Pavilion, a distinguished property located within Expo City Dubai.
The Leadership Pavilion, located within Expo City Dubai, is recognised for its historical and architectural significance. After hosting world leaders at Expo 2020 Dubai and the COP28 climate conference in December 2023, the building will undergo renovation and reopen in 2025, marking a new chapter in its history.
