The new concept site plans to open on August 25, 2018, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
It will delight more than one gourmand - the pedestrian street "Beaupassage" dedicated to gastronomy will house several prestigious restaurants, in addition to shops, housing and works of art.
Focused on excellence and know-how, this open-air showcase will highlight the talent and reputation of artisans in France and around the world.

Among the addresses, amateurs will find a bakery-pastry shop signed Thierry Marx, a shop for macaroons and other treats by Pierre Hermé, a Barthélémy cheese shop and creamery, the Allénothèque, by the twice three-starred chef Yannick Alléno, and Mersea, where the two-starred chef Olivier Bellin will propose street food made of seafood.
The passage will be open to the public every day from 8am to midnight.
Linking boulevard Raspail to rue de Grenelle and rue du Bac, this opening will follow that of the Hôtel Lutetia on 12 July, just a stone's throw from Beaupassage.
It took seven years were realize this project: the land was bought in 2011 by Laurent Dumas, president and founder of the real estate developer Emerige, who transformed an old Renault garage and had to bypass the recourse of the neighbors.
