French hotel chain B&B is preparing to open a new 95-room hotel in the bustling Llano del Espartal industrial zone in Alicante, with a focus on business tourism.
After receiving approval as a priority investment project, the company has just obtained the construction license for the future facility, according to Alicanteplaza news. Construction work, which will be supervised by developer Eliseo Pla, is scheduled to start as early as next September.
It is estimated that the work will take between twelve and fourteen months, meaning that the hotel could open its doors by the end of 2024, subject to any unforeseen circumstances.
The new hotel will be built on a 2,087-square-meter plot, located in block M5 of the Promotion Area Territorial Action Plan (APD/21), close to the Mercalicante food cluster, where Amazon's logistics platform and Mercadona's supply center intersect, as well as other companies linked to the distribution of goods.
With a strategic location in the heart of a lively industrial zone, the B&B hotel in Alicante will enable travelers to efficiently combine their business trips with moments of rest.
