The economic hotel chain B&B Hotels continues its expansion around the world and in Spain with the opening of the B&B Hotel Almería Vícar in Andalusia.
The development of B&B does not seem to have been stopped by the sanitary crisis. The hotel chain continues to multiply its hotels, this time with the opening of the B&B Hotel Almería Vicar, a property of Caorzagroup that the hotel chain will operate under a long-term guaranteed rental program, as a light asset. This model is not new for the chain, which has 34 hotels for rent in Spain and 4 in Portugal.
The new property is located in Vicar, a municipality in the province of Almería, Andalusia, within the Viapark business park. It has 100 rooms, an outdoor parking and a cafeteria.
According to Lucia Mendéz-Bonito, CEO of B&B Hotels in Spain and Portugal, declares:
The incorporation of this first hotel in Almería represents an opportunity to publicize our hotel offer in the region, a market that we believe is very dynamic and attractive.
The B&B Hotels chain currently has more than 500 hotels in twelve countries. The group is committed to sustained growth with the aim of reaching 3,000 hotels worldwide by 2030.
