B&B Hotel Vila do Conde

B&B Hotels continues its expansion in Portugal with the opening of its 12th establishment in the country, located in the charming northern town of Vila do Conde. The new establishment brings the total number of B&B hotels in Portugal and Spain to 58, with over 5,000 rooms in all.

The new B&B Hotel Vila do Conde offers an original approach, with a guaranteed long-term lease. This business model, free of real estate assets, enables the chain to sustain high growth rates and project them into the foreseeable future. The hotel features 100 spacious double and triple rooms. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, complimentary coffee and hot drinks, free outdoor parking and 24-hour front desk service.

Adding to its existing portfolio of 11 hotels in major Portuguese cities such as Lisbon, Porto, Guimaraes and Braga, the new property marks B&B Hotel's debut in the coastal town of Vila do Conde. The brand's collaboration with Grupo Avintia Real Estate strengthens its position, with plans to jointly develop a further 10 hotels by 2025, part of an initial pipeline valued at over 100 million euros.

B&B Hotels, founded in Brest in 1990 and backed by Goldman Sachs since 2019, has a network of over 700 hotels across 16 countries in Europe and Brazil, with the addition of around 100 new hotels in 2022 alone. The brand's trajectory promises to continue with the same momentum this year.
