B&B HOTELS enters the US market

The fast-growing European mid-range hotel brand begins its journey in the United States with the opening of its first hotel in Orlando, Florida. This milestone marks not only the brand's entry into the US market, but also a significant step forward in its global expansion efforts.

This first establishment in the United States, with 218 rooms, is located close to Universal Studios Orlando. This project was made possible thanks to a collaboration with a valued real estate partner, Batipart. Plans are already underway for a complete renovation project.

Following significant growth in Spain, Germany and Italy, and a move into the Danish market, the company headed by Fabrice Collet is now turning its attention to the US market. Valerio Duchini has been put in charge of this expansion in the United States, with ambitious targets of 400 openings over the next few years.

This decision was not taken lightly. B&B HOTELS is approaching the US market with determination and clear ambitions. Fabrice Collet, the CEO, is convinced that their economical offer meets a need in the US. He believes in the company's ability to offer attractive, functional and profitable establishments.

Today, the group is present in 17 European countries and beyond, with more than 770 hotels. In 2023, the brand generated significant sales of 1.3 billion dollars and added 170 new hotels to its portfolio.

The B&B HOTELS business model, characterised by its flexibility and asset-light approach, has fostered rapid expansion opportunities and attracted the interest of potential real estate investment partners. By renovating existing properties and developing new ones, B&B HOTELS plans to play a significant role in the landscape of the US hotel industry, beginning with its entry into the dynamic Florida market.
