Banyan Tree Varko Bay will offer 116 villas and 43 residences in Pogonia on the Varko peninsula. The architecture is designed for optimal integration into the landscape and features Banyan Tree's signature product offering, a pool per villa.

The Greek firm Elastic Architects will lead this greenfield towards LEED Gold certification. This opening will feed a pipeline of 50 openings planned between now and 2025. This acceleration is linked to the merger between the Thai chain and the French number 1 Accor. This is the first property to open in Europe under this partnership between the two groups, which began in 2016.
