Banque des Territoires, in partnership with Les Bordes Estate and UK investment fund RoundShield, has committed to financing the Six Senses Loire Valley project at Les Bordes Estate, a vast 560-hectare site nestled in the heart of the Sologne forest.

While the project was initially led by RoundShield Partners LLP following an agreement signed in 2019, this new partnership with Banque des Territoires reinforces their commitment to creating new tourist attractions on the Bordes estate.

Representing an investment of €270 million and creating 400 new jobs, this major project involves the creation of a five-star hotel and spa with 50 rooms and suites, three restaurants, swimming pools and various leisure facilities, as well as 52 Six Senses residences.

Managed by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, one of the luxury brands of the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), this project marks an important step in enriching the Loire Valley's residential and tourism offering.
