ibis Budget, the economy brand of the Accor group, has just announced the opening of its new hotel in Logroño, the capital of La Rioja, developed in partnership with Continuum Hospitality Group.

With the opening of the ibis budget Logroño Centre, Accor reinforces its commitment to Spain and Portugal, bringing the number of establishments in the brand to 29 in Iberia and the total number of Accor hotels in the region to 101. The group also plans to launch 12 new projects, including the introduction of the new greet brand in the coming years, as well as four additional ibis budget establishments in the Iberian Peninsula.

Designed for "smart explorers," the hotel features 109 rooms and offers a buffet breakfast. As a stopover on the Camino de Santiago, the hotel provides 46 parking spaces, a bike area, and secure lockers. Additionally, a large common area and a meeting patio are available for visitors to work or socialize over a snack.

"We are excited to open this first establishment of the group in Logroño with our trusted partner, Continuum Hospitality Group, with whom we already have four open establishments: ibis budget Madrid Centro Lavapiés, ibis budget Bilbao City, ibis budget Madrid Airport, which opened its doors last December, and the newly opened ibis budget Logroño Centre; as well as ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas, which is set to open in 2025." - Rafael Santos, VP Franchise Operations Spain & Portugal
