Antananarivo is to welcome 3 properties - 2 conversions and a construction - with the investment of Groupe Talys one of Madagascar’s leading private groups focusing on distribution, real estate and hospitality & leisure sectors.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Antananarivo Waterfront, 168 rooms along with two restaurants, a bar, a conference area, fitness center and an indoor pool. A restaurant and the bar will be located on the roof top.
Radisson Hotel Antananarivo Waterfront includes 30 rooms a restaurant, a bar and an outdoor swimming-pool.
Radisson Serviced Apartments Antananarivo City Center holds 56 apartments, a restaurant, a roof top bar and a gym area.
Radisson Hotel Group operated 16,850 rooms in the MEA region as of January 1st 2019. The group targets 130 hotels and more than 23,000 rooms across the continent by 2022.
