After several legislative attempts to kick-start its hospitality industry, St. Petersburg is getting a new lease on life as it is set to become one of two main hubs for the 2018 FIFA World Cup along with Moscow. St. Petersburg, however, holds a special place as the site of the Preliminary Draw.
