The French hospitality group Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences has joined forces with Mews, a start-up, to optimize management across its 40 properties in France, marking a significant step in Mews' growth in the French market.
Specializing in aparthotels for short- and long-term stays, Zenitude aims to streamline its operations and elevate the guest experience through this fully cloud-based management solution.
“We already use Mews in several of our properties and have noticed a significant improvement in operational efficiency and a smoother guest experience.” - Romain Lubrano, CEO of Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences.
The Mews Spaces software provides Zenitude with a chronological monthly view and tools to maximize room occupancy by enabling flexible booking based on availability. This model, which combines stays of varying durations, is designed to increase revenue by allowing bookings for vacant days between extended stays.
Mews also automates communication throughout the guest journey, a valuable upgrade for Zenitude, which previously managed guest interactions manually. Now, guests can check in and check out online and use a virtual concierge, improving the process and overall guest experience.
Additionally, the group is enhancing transaction security with Mews Payments, integrated through Stripe, ensuring quick and secure payments for every guest.
For Mews CEO Matt Welle, “Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences’ commitment to operational transformation and its dedication to providing modern, user-friendly technology […] make it a model for industry players.”
