FRANCE: January 2012, growth is frozen

For the isolated month of January, occupancy rates (OR) in France dipped just barely under a negative growth rate when compared to the same period a year ago: hoteliers had to remain content with a 52.3% OR (-0.4 pt).

Average Daily Rates (ADR) were just as tepid as French hoteliers had enough leeway to increase their rates by 2% across the board to reach 87.30 euros.
