Staybridge Suites opens its third location in the United Arab Emirates

In the heart of Dubai, IHG has opened the doors to its newest property - Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre.

Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre features 360 studios and flats ranging from one to three bedrooms, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. Each flat also has a furnished living area, a washing machine and dryer, and a balcony with a view of the city or the sea. Some spaces can be converted into connecting rooms.

Other areas and services available to guests include a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a spa, a lounge, meeting rooms, dining rooms and a restaurant offering free buffet breakfast with takeaway options. In addition, a coffee/tea station, pantry and convenience store are open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The Staybridge Suites brand continues to host its iconic weekly event, "The Social," at each of its hotels, which aims at bringing guests together to create community and foster exchange, all with complimentary food and beverages.

Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre is a 48-storey tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, right in the heart of the Dubai city action. The hotel is located opposite the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and is close to a number of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions such as City Walk, Coca Cola Arena as well as La Mer and Dubai Downtown, home to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa.

We are absolutely delighted to partner with one of the world's leading hospitality companies, IHG Hotels & Resorts, to open our second Staybridge Suites in Dubai," said Fahad AlRafi, CEO of SRG Holding Limited, the company that owns and operates both Staybridge Suites properties. "The objective with the launch of the new Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Center is to provide guests with a hotel where they can stay for a few days, weeks or months in one of Dubai's most vibrant areas. Fahad added: "As an established family-owned developer, owner and property manager in Dubai, we have seen a shift in demand over the past few years away from traditional hotel and accommodation options, not only from visitors and newcomers to the city, but also from many existing residents who are now looking for more flexible and hassle-free accommodation options where they can also feel part of a community. We therefore believe that the economic, social and demographic trends are all in favour of the Staybridge Suites concept, which we look forward to introducing in Dubai, with two unique and ideally located Staybridge Suites properties," he concluded.
