Located just off the Champs-Elysées, at 128 rue de la Boétie in the 8th arrondissement, this new hotel will strengthen the Dutch group's presence in the Île-de-France region following the openings of citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle in 2014, citizenM Paris La Défense in 2017 and citizenM Paris Gare de Lyon in 2017.

The hotel, located in a former office building renovated by the architects of Concrete Amsterdam, will have 151 rooms decorated by three French artists: Marie Guillard, Elvire Caillon and Melodie Bachet.

citizenM Paris Champs-Elysées will offer its customers several living spaces. A patio, a 24-hour canteenM restaurant on the first floor, a lounge and a cloudM bar on the eighth and top floor, open to the public, with two terraces and picnic-style menus. Guests can also enjoy a full breakfast in the morning for €12.5 per person.

With its location halfway between the Arc de Triomphe and the Place de la Concorde, the hotel will be directly accessible from the George V, Saint-Philippe-de-Roule and Franklin D. Roosevelt metro stations.

Initially announced for the summer of 2021, the hotel should finally open its doors in the autumn. Other openings are also expected before the end of 2021: Los Angeles Downtown, San Francisco, Miami Brickell, Miami World Center and Washington DC NoMa.
