Radisson Hotel Group has announced a new property in Dubai, marking its 14th hotel in the United Arab Emirates and its 77th unit in the Middle East.

The Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills Hotel is located in the neighborhood of the same name. It will offer full service at its 481 rooms and apartments. This upscale hotel overlooking the fairways and greens will feature a fitness center, complimentary parking, an outdoor pool, a Dreamworks Spa with four private treatment areas and a room dedicated to couples.

In addition to room service, several restaurants will be available to guests. The Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills Hotel will have four large meeting rooms. These will be fully equipped. The hotel will also be able to host receptions in its outdoor areas. With its facilities and location, this new Radisson hotel hopes to appeal to both business and leisure guests.

The agreement between Radisson Hotel Group and DAMAC Properties had been announced in August 2018, when construction had already started. The property was originally scheduled to open in late 2019.

At the time of the Radisson Hotel Group buyout concluded in 2019, the Chinese group Jin Jiang had announced that it wanted to triple the brand's portfolio in the medium term. After starting with the Asia-Pacific region in 2020 with 84 openings, 30 openings are announced by Radisson in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region in 2021. The brand had already opened 20 properties in this region in 2020.
