A 145-room Premier Inn hotel is scheduled in Rosenheim, in the new Lokhöfe district under construction, by the end of 2023.
The Lokhöfe project includes 10,800 m² of offices and 2,200 m² of retail space. It is completed by 145 hotel rooms, 142 student apartments, around 40 senior apartments and 69 nursing care apartments as well as 300 m² for catering and services. The project is the result of a partnership between S&P Commercial Development, in charge of the overall concept and commercial development, Sontowski & Partner BayernCare in charge of the care and life of seniors and Instone Real Estate who will build the 142 student apartments. The building permit was issued this week.
Premier Inn is the fourth confirmed tenant in the commercial part of Lokhöfe. In addition, Creditreform and a German service company will also come. The 2,200 m² retail space will be let by EDEKA Südbayern, which will supply the area and operate a bakery and cafe. 60% of the commercial space is thus already rented while the project is only at the beginning of its construction.
The future Premier Inn will benefit from an excellent location thanks to the proximity of Rosenheim main train station and central bus station. It will also be just a few minutes walk from the pedestrian zone. In addition, the city center of Munich, a popular tourist destination, can be reached by train in less than 35 minutes from Rosenheim, which should enhance the attractiveness of the future hotel.
