The four-star Rivage Hotel & Spa will open in Annecy on July 1, 2021 in a "chic and modern" structure.
This new hotel will be located on the shores of Lake Annecy. Its strategic location offers both the tranquility of the lake and quick access to the old town. The structure of the hotel is spread over three floors, and each of these floors is designed with a different element of nature. Thus, one floor will have a theme around water, another a mineral theme, and the last one a plant theme.
The hotel will have 123 rooms including some 70m2 suites and 2 penthouses. The hotel describes its rooms as "contemporary architecture, natural and warm". They will have access to a balcony, with a view of the lake or the mountains. The hotel will also be equipped with the largest spa in Annecy, which will be about 1,000 square meters. It will include a Scandinavian sauna, a hammam, a balneotherapy pool, and a relaxation area with a herbal tea room. A fitness area as well as gym and yoga classes for all levels will be offered.
The hotel's restaurant will offer local dishes as well as foreign ones. The chef wants to cook seasonal products for his future clients. The themes of water, mountains and plants will also be present in the dishes. There will be a bar in the lobby of the hotel. It is also designed around the same themes as the hotel and the restaurant, in order to offer a harmony between the different places.
Thanks to its concierge service, the Rivage Hotel & Spa will offer its guests a variety of activities, such as hiking or walking, paragliding, biking, a tour of Annecy, paddle boarding, or boating. The hotel will be able to welcome both leisure and business guests. It will indeed offer a seminar program thanks to its flexible meeting spaces.
